built for disputes
Founded in 2011 by Edward Marlowe and Claire Sutton, the firm takes on commercial disputes and sees each one through personally.

Assess. Plan. Resolve.
The Partner You Meet Is the Partner You Keep
Why us
You know the cost, you know the plan, and one senior lawyer owns it from start to finish.
The partners
The people who run your matter
Two partners and one associate. Small on purpose, so the person you meet at the first call stays on your file.
Questions
Common questions
The things people ask before the first call, answered plainly.
001
Do I pay for the first call?
No. The first conversation with a partner is free and there is no obligation to go further.
002
How are fees set?
Most matters are quoted as a fixed fee in writing before we start. Where that is not possible we agree an hourly rate and a cap.
003
Who will handle my matter?
The partner you meet at the first consultation, supported by one associate. You will never be passed down the line.
004
Is my dispute big enough?
If it matters to you, it is worth a call. Some matters are best solved with one letter, and we will tell you if that is the case.
005
Can we do it remotely?
Yes. Every consultation can be held by video, and documents can be signed electronically.
Ready to talk it through?
The first call is free and with a partner. Book it today.
